At Velasca, we want to ensure your handcrafted Italian shoes are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the protective shoe bag are included to maintain item integrity.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans in Italy inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
