Where are Velasca products made?
All our products are 100% handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans in Montegranaro, the heart of the Italian shoemaking tradition, using high-quality full-grain leather.
How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes generally follow standard European sizing. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide on each product page, which includes a measurement conversion chart for US and UK sizes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are free for most regions, ensuring you find the perfect fit without any risk.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To preserve the quality of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees and applying a high-quality nourishing cream every few weeks. Avoid wearing the same pair two days in a row to allow the leather to breathe.
